Senior HR BP
Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be providing specialist business partnering to your business units. A strong influencer, you will need to promote the HR function, ensuring that managers and stakeholders can see the value of human resources. As well as the BAU work, you will a lead on the ER functions, leading complex ER cases, leading on investigations and guiding managers through change programmes .
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with extensive experience of ER case management (complex/high volume Disciplinary, Grievance, ET, ACAS, Settlement Agreements) and Change/Restructure programmes. As this is an immediate requirement candidates should be immediately available or free on short notice.
