Temporary HR Advisor job for 4 months paying £145-£170 per day

You will be working for an Education Charity located in Central London paying £145-£170.

Your new role
As HR adviser you will be expected to lead and support managers to develop confidence in managing staff and utilising HR policies and guidance to enable this. You will be expected to lead on a range of employee case management including sickness, disciplinary, capability and grievances. You may be required to support with other HR projects. This is an interim role for a period of 4 months with the possibility of extension, paying £145(PAYE) to £170 (UMBRELLA/LTD). You must be immediately available or on a one week notice period as you will be required to start week commencing 28th January 2019.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent employment law knowledge, and this will be demonstrated in your ability to advise on high volume ER cases and when advising managers across the organisation. Previous experience working in a medium to large organisation is desirable as you will be expected to liaise and build relationships with stakeholders of all seniority across this medium sized organisation.
