Employee Relations Advisor 12 FTC
I am looking for experienced Employee Relations Advisors for one of the UK's leading leisure companies. This opportunity to join a growing team is the perfect role if you are looking to be part of a fast paced and complex environment and enjoy working as part of a large team.
With the support of ER administrators the team supports over 20,000 staff across retail and UK head offices offering advice and guidance on all employee queries.
You will be focussing on medium and high risk ER cases to resolution and ideally be experience with dealing with complex ER cases up to tribunal.
With high levels of change management predicted over the forthcoming 12 months this will allow the successful candidate to gain highly sort after ER skills that perhaps they have not had exposure to previously and therefore adding to their employee relations portfolio.
Please note that the role is a 12 month FTC but (without promising) there are opportunities for the successful candidate if go permanent if desired.
