Permanent HRBP job available in Manchester city centre paying up to £55k

Your new company
We are looking to recruit for a well known consumer marketing organisation in Manchester who are part of a larger group who operate in over 90 countries

Your new role
Reporting into the Global Head of HR your will be responsible for supporting the whole business which operates in numerous countries across the globe. The business are going through massive amounts of change and the head of HR in looking to appoint a permanent member of staff to help set up all generalist aspects of HR as well as support and work on numerous business changes and projects. Some of the work that is happening at the moment include a new system implementation of workday, Grading job roles, Organisational design, Pay & review benchmarking, engagement strategies, restructures which all of this is to be looked at on a global basis. Although the business is global the Manchester office does only consist of approximately 50 staff and then internationally the business has smaller functions which may only consist of 1 or 2 in each country. Because of this the role will have many challenges and the role will be quite complex due to legal requirements and human rights in different countries.

What you'll need to succeed
The business is looking for an experienced HR professional with probably at least 3 years experience in a HR role that has involved partnering at senior levels and providing advice on a range of HR matters.
International experience would be really nice to have but the client is considering all backgrounds really.
Other advantages would be experienced in using workday and some good knowledge of payroll
Another essential is that the right candidate must have really good exposure with restructuring and redundancy the whole end to end process and be prepared to run things at an operational level.

What you'll get in return
For the right candidate, the business will offer a full time position paying up to £55k however they are happy to consider candidates who would like flexible working or working from home. As well as this the business will offer a bonus of 10% and a great pension and holidays package
