Resourcing Business Partner

Your new role

A strategic resourcing position to work closely with the Yorkshire and North East based recruiting stakeholders. Providing recruitment solutions working with the operational management team to advise on all things resourcing. Working with other national peers to devise best-practice, share success and work collaboratively to tackle recruitment hot-spots.

What you'll need to succeed

Inhouse or agency volume recruitment experience with a wealth of stakeholder management and relationship experience. This is a regional job and will require a driving license and the ability to travel, several days a week.
