HRIS Analyst 3-4 month contract with boutique bank in Central London
Your new company
A boutique bank based in Central London are looking to recruit a HRIS Analyst to join them on an initial 3-4 month project.
Your new role
You will be first point of contact for HRIS queries for employees in the business, dealing with problems within timeframes. Systems used by the business is Cornerstone for learning, SuccessFactors for performance, and SD Worx. You will help to simplify the processes within the system.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a confident user of HR Systems and configuration. You will be proactive in your approach and able to find solutions to problems using your own initiative. You do not need to have specific system experience but have worked in a similar role previously. My client is looking for a HR Systems specialist not a Data Analyst.
