Are you an HR Advisor looking for more responsibility?

My client is a prestigious international firm who are looking to enhance their business in order to drive forward the International HR agenda, with the long term goal of becoming a globally recognised leader in its field. To do this they are looking for someone who will support the HR Manager in executing the firm's strategic framework. This will involve you being the first point of contact for the senior leadership team and taking a lead role in managing the firm's annual promotions process as well as other generalist HR duties as required.

The HR Manager is looking for someone who is keen to learn and who is naturally inquisitive and she is happy to be a mentor to you (and would also make a great mentor as her knowledge and experience is outstanding). She has a great deal of energy and passion and is highly respected with the business as well as the wider HR team as the 'go to' person for advice relating to performance and talent management.

It is a really happy team who are a highly intelligent and driven group of individuals from the bottom to the top. All of whom are very friendly and approachable.

They take a pride in developing an atmosphere of creativity, fun and team playing! This is demonstrated not only by the number of awards won for best employer, but also the fact that the firm, has gone from a small practice to a leading international business within only 15 years.

Person Specification (in order of preference):

  • Five years HR Generalist experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to network successfully.
  • Proactive and able to deliver in a fast-past environment.
