HR Analyst

We're working with an Asian banking giant seeking the newest addition to their Human Resources team. They operate all across the globe, have a rich history and diverse financial operations - a really exciting business to work for with plenty of opportunity for development internally!

You will be well suited to the role if you're happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in, supporting the HR team across recruitment, reward, learning & development, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management and supporting ad-hoc HR projects.

A focus of your role will be running analytics on performance management, using HRIS and showcasing your data reporting skills.

Your excellent communication skills, IT knowledge, proactive attitude, organisational ability, innovative approach and experience multi-tasking will make you perfect for the role.
