A role for an hr administrator who is accustomed to the generalist task who has also dealt with the onboarding process and all the administration it entails.

The client is based out in Gourock with a strong HR function supporting a vast amount of employees across the UK who are at their peak over the summer.

Key responsibilities include;
- initial sift of CV's to hand over to hiring managers
- scheduling interviews
- booking rooms for interviews
- Interview note taking
- Reference checking
- Welcome packs
- Onboarding
-Adhoc HR tasks

Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- able to travel to gourock
- work 38 hours per week
- accustomed to HR administration
- confident over the phone
- high level of aptitude in written, oral and email communication
- able to work to multiple deadlines and manage a hectic workload
- able to prioritise and manage time effectively
