HR Assistant for highly reputable investment management
A highly reputable and successful global investment management company is looking for a HR Assistant to join the team in the City, with a particular focus in supporting 2 HR Business Partners and Head of HR. You will provide HR generalist administrative and basic advisory support as required. This is a brand new role where you will gain great exposure to the business and will have the opportunity to learn and develop.
*Provide first line support to business on policy queries including maternity, paternity, flexible working, and absences
*Draft flexible working documentation and monitor trial periods
*Absence level monitoring including analysing sickness reports, advising the business as necessary with the support of the HRBP
*Check contracts, recruitment invoices, employee files, references, leaver letters and maternity letters
*Oversee the preparation and delivery of appropriate contractual documents regarding terminations, appointments and contract variations
*Coordinate and conduct junior level exit interviews, providing feedback to HRBPs
*Previous HR experience essential
*CIPD/HR qualification desirable but not essential
*Experience of working within a financial services or professional services
