My client is a well-known brand who are currently looking to recruit a Leadership Development Manager to join their London based HR team. Working with the wider team you will created an outstanding talent function to focus on the leaders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include;

Manage the senior leadership development plan, creating and sourcing development solutions that deliver value and meet the current strategic needs to support the development outputs for promotable colleagues in line with talent reviews

Effectively manage relationships with HRBPs and key business stakeholders to interpret development requirements and prioritise development needs

Ensure high level of satisfaction and quality across business areas based on timely delivery of effective and engaging development solutions utilising robust evaluation methodology

Effectively plan participant management and track all business units' activity with People Services, or locally, to ensure we have the appropriate service, data and reporting required

Actively collaborate and support the wider L&D team ensuring best practice, resources and experiences are shared

Create, design, source, lead and evaluate solutions to support leadership development programmes

Develop and maintain an emphasis on internal learning with strategic use of external partners where appropriate, supporting and up-skilling internal facilitators and business experts as required

Effectively manage external partnerships, contracts and quality to deliver to the People Development standards

Responsible for managing and controlling the budget relating to area of responsibility

Candidates will be passionate about developing talent and be well networked in the market. You will have experience in delivering across a matrix environment where you have partnered with a leadership population.
