Oakleaf Partnership are exclusively representing a leading retailer who are based in Central London. They are looking for a Reward Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Reward Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the annual bonus review to ensure it is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Supporting the job evaluation and benchmarking processes and ensuring that the process is as efficient and streamlined as possible
- Responding to employee enquiries regarding Reward
- Ensuring all reward arrangements follow process
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:
- Job evaluation - Ideally trained in Hays benchmarking
- Pay and bonus reviews
- Data modelling
