Page Personnel are working with a leading Legal firm in Leeds City Centre who are actively seeking a Resourcing Assistant to add value to their HR function on a 6 month FTC.

In a busy and varied role, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to all recruitment-based activity, and applicants are required to have at least 12 months' experience in a recruitment-based position.

Our client is a leading legal firm based in Leeds, with offices also in Edinburgh, Manchester and London. They are now actively seeking a Resourcing Assistant to add value to their HR function on a 6 month FTC.

Description

In a busy and varied Resourcing Assistant role based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Updating internal and external job boards and databases with vacancy information
  • Arrangement of agency briefings, agency meetings, interviews and assessment centres
  • Generation of all recruitment correspondence including of offer letters and contracts, and additional papers with other ad hoc correspondence as required
  • Liaison with candidates from job offer through to joining the firm
  • Ownership and maintenance of recruitment templates and feedback forms

Profile

  • 12 months' experience in a fast-paced recruitment-based position
  • Able to respond to planned and unplanned work priorities
  • Proven ability to manage own work whilst working as part of a team
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
