Ashley Kate are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor for a fast paced company who are looking for someone to join them on a 12 month contract covering maternity.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a true passion for HR who thrives in a fast paced, challenging but rewarding environment.

About you
You will have solid generalist HR experience with a willingness to learn and develop. You will enjoy working in a varied role where no 2 days are the same. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards this and have a strong knowledge of employment law and ER. Ideally you will have come from a fast paced and challenging background and be able to push back when required

About the role
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be the first point of contact for their corporate division which has a headcount of 80 people.

The Purpose of the role is to build great working relationships with the managers and provide them with the coaching and support required for them to successfully manage their teams.

As the Senior HR Advisor you will cover the following (But not limited to):
·Absence management
·Performance management
·Flexible and remote working requests
·Disciplinary and grievances
·Employee Wellbeing
·Probation reviews
·Succession planning
