Description

• Provide managers with commercially focused advice in respect of employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance, ensuring that business risk is well managed and escalated where appropriate
• Support managers in the management and improvement of employee performance
• Assist in the management of short and long-term absence, balancing the welfare of employees and the needs of the business to identify solutions and remedies
• Working with other team members, analyse & evaluate HR metrics identifying trends and potential solutions
• Participate in project teams or contribute to ad hoc projects, using specialist knowledge
• Support the wider HR team
• Support and have strong involvement in training, learning and development initiatives as well as recruitment and talent

Profile

• experience operating as an Advisor
• ideally be CIPD qualified
• ability to work in a close knit HR team

Job Offer

• permanent
• full time role- 37.5 hours a week
• £25,000 salary
