Reed HR are working with an Organisation based in Canary Wharf to recruit a HR Information Analyst on a Perm basis ideally to start as soon as possible.

The purpose of this role is to support the Head of HR to develop and manage workforce reporting services. You will also work with all data that comes through or via HR, make recommendations and ensure that these data and figures are accurate. To ensure the insight from this analysis is used to drive workforce and OD decisions, and assess HR and OD programme effectiveness. To act as the system owner for the HR Information System, creating and analysing data sets, and communicating the results.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

· Develop, manage and update as necessary, the HR Information System. Deliver all agreed and ad-hoc reports to the Head of Human Resources, the organisation and externally.

· Provide informed resourcing and workforce planning advice to the Head of Human Resources and across the whole organisation.

· Provide analytical support to workforce planning processes and undertake complex analysis and present the findings from a range of data

· Provide advice and guidance on complex workforce information issues across the HR team.

· Interpret data and produce briefings to detail the findings to enable managers to take ownership of management information and respond on key issues.

· Responsible for data quality and management. This includes management of data cleansing initiatives and risk management protocols.

· Design and produce new management information templates, ensuring all the information is in a user friendly format.

· Present to colleagues and senior managers using a variety of mediums including scorecards, dashboards and written reports.

· Act as the data quality champion within HR, undertaking quality assurance activities and reviewing reports.

- Assist with the implementation of a new HR Information System alongside the SLT and Head of HR.

To be successful within this role, you will have a lot of experience working with HR Information systems, and workforce planning, as well as taking the lead within SLT meetings and presenting reports, and analysis on HR Systems and MI data.
