We are working with a London based Technology Consultancy, who are looking to grow their Resourcing team with a French speaking Recruiter who will join their London team covering their permanent remit. Predominantly this role will be covering technology focussed roles specialising in Enterprise and Solution Architecture and working as a Resourcer across a number of their brands both corporate and creative.

You will be working closely with the Resourcing Manager in accordance with the business's people strategy to deliver high class recruitment services.

As the successful candidate you will be involved in Sourcing, selecting and screening candidate shortlists across the IT specialism. Gaining a strong understanding across the international regions to coordinate their needs and promote their initiatives. Provide support in researching and implementing new tools for the team to improve their capability and identifying target organisations and candidates using existing company tools and databases.

To be considered you will be degree-educated with a 2:1 or equivalent with a solid recruitment background. ideally some tech exp. You also need to be a French speaker! In addition to this you will have good stakeholder managment skills (at Director level) with a natural ability to adapt to the people you are engaging with.
