Senior HR Service Delivery Manager, Manchester, £60 to £70K

A leading, global organisation are looking for an experienced Senior HR Service Delivery Manager to join their new HR function in Manchester.

You will partner with corporate functions and be responsible for all operational HR Services. The client is looking for an individual to work closely with senior stakeholders and manage a large diverse HR team to build the new service delivery hub.

Key Skills:

  • HR Shared Service/ HR Operations experience in a large corporate environment
  • People Management & Mentoring ability
  • Strong Senior Stakeholder and Senior Executive management skills
  • Managing High Volume recruitment and talent management
  • Experience of working within Change environment would be highly advantageous
  • Experience operating in a Global Matrix organisation

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join this innovative organisation and be involved in HR Service Delivery across the HR function on a Global scale, establishing and leading a large team.
