Oakleaf Partnership are hiring a unique Recruitment Manager role for our client, a highly innovative, values-led professional services business based in the City of London.As the Recruitment Manager, you will have hiring responsibility for a number of critical functions in the business and, reporting into a highly engaging Head of Recruitment, will also be responsible for guiding a team of Advisors and Assistants.Your proactive, positive mindset will be essential in building relationships with your senior stakeholders and your energy will be critical in playing a key part in delivering this award-winning firm's engagement strategy.Candidates from a professional services background will be strongly considered, but my client is also open to different sector backgrounds, providing an ability to demonstrate an innovative mindset and insistence on the highest standards, quality and service of delivery.Competitive salary and benefits on offer to the successful candidate.
