Senior Resource Manager
The Opportunity A leading professional services organisation is looking for a Senior Resource Manager. This is a busy and fast paced role monitoring business performance and challenges facing the practice. Your focus will be working closely with stakeholders, fulfilling resource requests for their largest accounts.
The Detail Working in a fast paced and professional environment, accountabilities include: Supporting and delivering end to end resourcing solutions for client projects Responsibility for headcount management and capacity planning, optimising the utilisation of your client workforce Analysing your pipeline and understanding resource needs to ensure requirements are always met Liaising with the business and HR to keep abreast of development needs in your group Forecasting financial performance and utilisation levels on a regular basis Prepare, analyse and present MI to senior stakeholders Undertake ad hoc project work, supporting the roll out of new initiatives Responsibility for Resource Managers
Skills and experience Must have previous experience of resource management Demonstrate strong data management, analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with strong attention to detail Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills Strong team player who works well under their own initiative and is results driven.
