Our client is a leading professional services consultancy with significant international presence and growing market share, currently looking for a Talent Manager. Your key responsibilities as Talent Manager include: Responsibility for talent and review processes across London and two additional European offices.Line management of a Talent AdministratorResponsibility for rolling out global and local talent management initiativesTake the lead on talent related issuesEnsure consistency of talent policies, procedures and decision making across London and European officesResponsibility for managing the Partner pipelineWork closely with Learning & Development teams to ensure the best development training is planned post reviews.
