Are you a dynamic HR Business Partner who is looking to join a global matrix organisation?
I'm currently working with a large matrix organisation on their search for a HR Business Partner for HR. Supporting a large population this is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships and raise your profile in the business.
I am looking for a HR professional who is already operating at HRBP level, as you'll be managing both a large client group and senior HR stakeholders in this role. It would be beneficial to have prior experience supporting the HR function, but this isn't a must.
You'll be a strategic thinker, who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in an organisation going through change. There are fantastic opportunities to progress in the organisation so you'll be ambitious and career hungry!
Location: Central London
Salary: £45-65,000 + bonus + benefits
