Staffing/Professional Development Specialist
I am currently working with one of the world's leading professional services firm on a Specialist-level role, sitting within their Professional Development team.
You will be responsible for a population of fee-earning consultants, and will manage their key processes. This will include:
- Staffing/resourcing/workforce planning: Ensuring client assignments are adequately staffed and consultants are utilised to their full potential.
- Professional development: Establish relationships with consultants and offering counsel on their career aspirations and goals. Monitor their performance and needs.
- Training facilitation: Review of training agenda and identify training requirements for members in your population.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience in the professional development of employees. Your project management skills should be strong and you should be able to evidence your ability to work in a pressurised environment, balancing many stakeholders. Communication skills should be excellent and a problem-solving mindset is a necessity. Ideally this experience will have come from a professional services environment.
