The Company are a dynamic, rapid growth E-tailer with big plans for 2019. The Organisation are looking to add a Learning and Development Lead in a newly created role to up skill and assist the Company's most precious asset - It's people.

With responsibility for the end to end L&D activity for the business we are looking for somebody to:

*In conjunction with the Head of HR and business leaders define skill gaps, identify high potential talent and future leaders
*Create and deliver relevant and up to date training and development programmes for all areas of the Business
*Implement effective tracking and measurement systems to evaluate performance of training and return on investment
*Manage the Company's Apprenticeship Levy account to ensure effective utilisation of annual funds
*Work with the HR team to develop L&D interventions which support organisational change and succession planning
*Deliver consistently inspiring L&D solutions to a diverse workforce - technical and behavioural, making sure learning is delivered in an engaging and customer focused manner
*Enhance current relationships with Universities and suppliers of early career talent
*Take full ownership for assigned projects and learning initiatives

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a creative and innovative individual who feels equipped to go in and introduce a learning and development function to a very successful dynamic brand who have come a long way in a short space of time. You will arrive with:
*A previous working knowledge of delivering and developing training, learning & development, ideally within a rapid growth tech business or retail organisation
*An ability to design learning content that can be delivered in a variety of media to a tech savvy audience
*Experience of management development and soft skills training
*An understanding of how to influence and build relationships to successfully implement a new role
*Articulate confidently within large or small groups
*Demonstrated ability to offer innovative solutions that often go against the norm
*Understanding how different individuals learn and how to apply this flexibly to the delivery of training.
