Interim Learning & Development Consultant -£350 - £450 p/day

An exciting opportunity has come up to work with a British telecommunications company based in London.

Your role will be to consult and advise the business on a range of Organisational Development initiatives and interventions, with particular focus on L&D. You will support leaders with toolkits, frameworks and advice on talent, leadership development, engagement, performance management and induction.

The right candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a large, globally dispersed and high-tech organization

  • Experience of global training programme project management

  • Excellent communication skills and influencing skills, working with senior leadership right through to all levels of the business

Key areas of the role:

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of L&D interventions to ensure delivery in line with expectations and performance measures

  • Supports the business across the full learning lifecycle (learning needs analysis, instructional design and delivery, solution implementation, facilitation, evaluation) and ensuring delivery against agreed priorities

  • Creates development programmes for identified talent in the business, in close working relationship with HR Directors

  • Responsible for design/co-design of learning programmes (face to face or webex), and facilitating workshops in the business
