Global Tier 1 Bank (Home Based 15% travel)
The Role
You will be accountable for Time Off and Time and Attendance within the WFA service proposition. As the Global Service Owner the role owns all elements of the service operating model (technology, data, process, location and people) to ensure the service is delivered to agreed standards and cost.
The following are key areas of accountability:
Working with key stakeholders to understand the existing landscape of services delivered globally
Developing a going forward strategy and approach that is fit for purpose, cost effective and future proof
Responsibility for assurance that all systems and processes comply with local legal and regulatory requirements
Working with Regional and Country teams to implement change
You will develop and maintain trusted relationships with all key stakeholders across the HR function
Driving positive and proactive communication with global WFA colleagues Act as an ambassador for WFA services

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Detailed knowledge of HR service delivery inclusive of process, technology and supporting customer facing content
Deep understanding of TO/T&A processes, both from a service delivery and change perspective
Ability to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships. In addition influencing, facilitation & stakeholder management skills across all levels of management
Understanding of operational risk and experience in identifying controls and mitigation
Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment with conflicting demands
Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues Ability to make considered decisions that protect and enhance the banks values, reputation and commercial interests
