Henlee Resourcing is proud to be working with this globally renowned company, to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be based in their London HQ.

This is a hands-on, '360' role, tasked with DIRECT sourcing; attracting, networking and headhunting the very best talent to join their business.

You will act as a 'true' business partner to all stakeholders, quickly understanding their sourcing needs and helping to implement their long term workforce planning strategy, providing various MI on skills gap analysis, market mapping, time & cost to hire data etc… and assisting on any project-based work, as and when directed. You will also manage any external / third-party relationships.

This role will suit an experienced, high performing and ambitious recruiter - You can be 'in-house' already or, a specialist recruiter (Financial Services, Accountancy, HR, Construction, Tech etc) currently working for an agency and looking to make your first move in-house.

You must be credible with senior leaders, intelligent, able to think on your feet and confident, with a proven background of smashing targets and achieving KPI's.
