Portfolio HR are proud to be partnering with our established, international manufacturing client to support them in their search for an experienced HR Data Analyst. The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering data, management information and reports, then collating all of the data and turning it into useful information to support the organisation during a new systems implementation.

The HR Data Analyst will report into the Head of Projects & Reward and will also be accountable for:

  • Data Analysis
  • Process mapping
  • Writing and updating of configuration, migration and integration workbooks
  • Testing of solution prototypes
  • Translations (IT tool and change material)
  • Creation of change material (PowerPoint, videos etc.)
  • Executing change actions (workshops, webinars, adhoc support)
  • Follow-up of actions, act as PMO for the UK team
  • Act as back-up for team members if necessary

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have previously held an analytical role working within a HR environment, as well as the following:

  • A HR degree/qualification
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, word, PowerPoint) coupled with good working knowledge of SAP as HR information system
  • Previous project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with a high level of writing and communication skills
  • A well-organized individual who is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • A proactive worker who can remain calm in stressful and sometimes pressurised environments
  • Knowledge and experience in an Compensation & Benefits environment is desirable
  • Change management experience is desirable
