A Financial Services business based in the city currently have a 12-month opportunity available for an experienced PA. This role will provide expert support to the HR Director and wider HR team.

Joining the London office, the successful candidate will possess impeccable attention to detail in order to effectively monitor and organise diaries/meetings/events, be a confident communicator at all levels and work well under pressure whilst managing multiple priorities. This role will naturally suit someone who has worked in a similar busy and demanding environment, who is professional, calm, proactive and highly organised.

You will be confident in all elements of administration including:

  • Providing full PA and administrative support to the HR Director and wider HR Team
  • Diary management, booking appointments, arranging meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Answer all telephone calls and emails promptly
  • Preparing reports, presentations and documents as required
  • Managing and processing expenses, liaising with Finance to ensure timely payment
  • Interview scheduling
  • Support the on-boarding of new employees, ensuring their logins/accounts are set up
  • Process monthly payroll to include collating data
  • Scan and file all employee related documents to the HR database
  • Issue employment contracts
  • Monitor non-exec contracts
  • Support pay review process
  • Process leavers on the HR system
  • Maintain sickness, absence and holiday records

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient, organised, capable to multitask in a busy environment
  • Experience working within a similar capacity, ideally within a corporate organisation
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Flexible Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
