An In House Resourcing Partner is required to work for an dynamic, successful and ambitious business based in Weymouth.

You will be tasked with supporting the team with expansion plans and have the ability to attract, inspire and secure the top talent within the market. This will be achieved through providing potential candidates with an exciting and memorable experience.

The role will report directly to Director level and will build and develop the long term resourcing strategy for the companies continued growth plans.

To secure this role, that sits within a vibrant team, and you will currently be in a In House role, RPO, Recruitment Account Management or see this as your first step into an in-house recruitment (as an experienced agency recruiter) career.

This role will require you to quickly be able to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their employee needs are met and the business can thrive. The company offers great progression opportunities and excellent benefits package to all employees.
