Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client, a global people-focused brand, are currently looking to recruit a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background working within the hospitality sector. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the full recruitment cycle however you'll also be using your business acumen to provide consultative recommendations based on the business model and long term objectives/goals.

Based in the heart of London, as a Talent Acquisition Manager, your key responsibilities are:

• Overseeing the full recruitment cycle; working closely with hiring managers, advertising vacancies, creating attraction campaigns, proactively sourcing high calibre medical talent, arranging interviews, occasionally sitting on the interview panels, processing offers of employment
• Using creative sourcing techniques build an effective pipeline which identifies and engages both active and passive candidates through a blend of recruitment methods, including social media, headhunting, job boards, referrals and networking.

• Partnering with HR Managers and VP Managers to understand long term business goals and leverage your knowledge to provide consultative recommendations and influence stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 3-years' experience working in-house in London within Hospitality - preferably for a luxury brand. You'll understand the complexities of recruitment in the customer service industry and be able to work to tight deadlines while retaining a positive experience for all candidates. You'll be confident using a variety of sourcing methods to unearth the very best talent and be able to conduct interviews an ability to screen for key competencies and values.
