HR Content Coordinator

Oakleaf are working with a prestigious FinTech company based in London city Centre who are looking for a HR Content Coordinator to come intail.6 month basis with possibility to go on permanently.

You will be responsible for auditing, creating, improving and maintaining HR policy, workflow and content management for the Global HR portal. The role will be supporting the business in ensuring there are appropriate workflows, templates and policies for Human Resources and that all internal customers (Employees) are served appropriately via the HR Tool.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Group Service Delivery Manager and collaborating with other global Content owners in defining and developing Content Management policies, standards, guidelines and procedures for all areas of Human Resources.

  • Serve as the system administrator for the HR portal and knowledge base in providing service excellence while creating and maintaining a seamless HR user experience.

  • Develop and maintain a catalogue of knowledge consisting of guidelines, procedures and systems.

  • Manage content and set design standards for the portal in order to communicate effectively with internal clients.

  • Acquire up-to-date information regarding industry best practices and latest technology to improve internal practices, reduce operational cost and increase operational efficiency.

  • Define and create process-specific content for the portal (strategy, policy, procedures, news) and ensure content is consistently up-to-date and relevant.Develop database maintenance procedures including generation, initial load, change control and archiving in order to ensure data integrity.

  • Responsible for the delivery of HR Portal maintenance, including development of functional/technical specifications, troubleshooting issues and implementing initiatives alongside the GSDM.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and design teams to plan and develop relevant processes, site content, style and layout and ensure that delivery teams have the relevant tools to provide great customer service.

  • Ensure compliance with the law (eg. Copyright and data protection)

  • Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention.

  • Ability to write processes and standard operating procedures with little guidance.

  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

Necessary Experience

  • Proven work experience as a Process/content manager for HR online portal such as Service Now or Remedy BMC.

  • Hands on experience with MS Office and Visio.

  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.

  • Familiarity with social media.

  • Excellent writing skills in English

  • Attention to detail and ability to document processes to a clear and high standard.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • An independent and strategic thinker with a hand-on approach.
