We are delighted to be working with this client to recruit an HR Manager who will lead the HR function and drive the HR agenda forward. You will work closely with the managing director and senior leadership team to ensure HR is delivering in line with business objectives.
This is a true generalist role which is very operational and fast paced. You will need to demonstrate solid experience of operating across the entire generalist remit to include, high volume employee relation case work, sickness absence and attendance, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, preparing of payroll and budget management. You will be supporting a headcount of circa 200 employees across various sites.
We are looking for an HR Manager who has a broad knowledge and experience of all HR generalist duties, strong technical skills and proven ability to work within a fast paced and demanding environment. Due to the nature of this role it is essential that you have worked within manufacturing.
