Senior Recruitment Manager role

If I could join one HR team, this would have to be it! A small but friendly HR team who are, without question, the most fun I know!! The Head of HR is extremely talented, high energy, inspirational and is looking for a new Recruitment Manager to join the team in a brand new role.

They would like to find someone who will enjoy working as part of a small, but experienced and award winning team in a fully autonomous role.

You will be required to use your in depth knowledge of recruitment and marketing to assist with a brand new global project which is underway to define their new employer brand. Other projects will include a full review of all selection methodologies, as well as the opportunity to travel to international offices in Asia and Europe (although they are equally happy for you to delegate this to the team if you prefer).

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Recruitment Manager with experience recruitng at a senior level as well as having an understanding of the current Graduate landscape. The offices are simply stunning and based close to Bank tube station.
