HR/L&D CONSULTANT - CENTRAL LONDON - £50k

You will join a boutique management consultancy firm specialising in corporate and people services. This is a rapidly growing business based in central London.
Your new role
You will be a strategic HR Consultant providing HR expertise to external clients. You will partner with clients to deliver and manage strategic HR projects with a specific focus on employee engagement and retention, talent development, recruitment, reward and benefits and HRIS. You will support clients with implementing HR policy and procedure as well as advising on employee welfare, culture and environmental solution integral to a successful people agenda.
Internally you will support the Head of HR with driving forward the company's internal HR strategy and operational function in line with business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Consultant with a passion for delivering expert strategic HR support to your clients both internally and externally. You will have a solid background in implementing strategic HR agenda's and policy with particular exposure to L&D, HRIS, Reward and Benefits, Employee Engagement, Culture and Well-being. You will be CIPD level 7 qualified and used to working within an SME environment. Experience working with a newly established HR function is desirable. You should be an ambitious self-starter who is commercially minded.
