Employee Relations Manager
An internationally recognised professional services firm require an Employee Relations Manager for a 14 -month Fixed Contract. The role will be based from their office in the City of London. The position will involve working with HR, Shared Services and the Legal Teams.
*The role will involve partnering with HR generalists to provide solutions to employee relations issues
*Responsible for a high volume of often complex cases
*Managing disputes from investigation stage, through to hearing and outcome
*Updating and reviewing ER policies to ensure they are in line with current legislative changes
*Ensuring the firm is adopting best practice and reducing risk to the business
*Leading on projects where ER subject expertise is required
*Ensuring Shared Services are providing the correct level of advice
*Proven stakeholder management
*Practical background in managing ER cases applying current legislation
*A successful track record of managing complex ER cases
*Prompt and practical decision-making skills, particularly in times of uncertainty and change
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strategic thinker and strong relationship management skills
*Experience in professional services would be a strong advantage
