HR Benefits Analyst

Interim HR Analyst - FTSE 100 oil & gas - £120 - £135 per day - Sunbury-on-thames - 14 months

A FTSE 100 oil & gas organisation; market leaders operating internationally.

Your new role
Working directly within the Benefits team and in the wider Global pensions & benefits team, reporting into the UK Benefits consultant
You will be supporting all employees operationally, answering any benefits related queries, escalating where appropriate to the benefits consultant
Acting as company POC for third parties
Actively involved and support Benefits Consultant with various projects
Undertake analysis and correction, ensuring all facts & figures are communicated accurately
On-going liaisons with various stakeholders, internally and externally

What you'll need to succeed
Strong HR experience, either in a generalist capacity or reward
Commercial acumen
High level of computer literacy (Excel and HR systems)
Good knowledge of HR systems
Agile and able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent stakeholder management
