Head of HR

The job of Head of HR will manage a small team and lead on all people initiatives from best in class talent attraction to developing training programmes for manager and leaders.

The business is growing faster that the HR function is currently able to support - so you would be building international policies, looking at global mobility, perhaps building your HR team overseas and helping the business transact in different geographies.

The organisation has a really unique product that is ethically sourced and huge attention is paid to sustainability, ethical working practices and inclusive culture. As head of HR, you'd be key in harnessing this culture and carrying it through ever people policy and process to create a high performance and highly principled place to work.

Based in London at the head office, you'd spend a lot of your time with the corporate functions community and senior leaders as well as take weekly trips to the product development site in East Anglia.

This client would like a Head of HR to join the business who has already operated at a mid to senior level for an SME with a clear growth strategy - this means you'll have to lead on some really creative HR programmes without having a huge team of subject matter experts to lean on.

Salary is open depending on your current experience - £65-80K plus benefits.
