In-house recruiter

A pioneering FinTech firm whose activity has made its mark on the banking and finance sectors is looking for a new member to join their human resources team in a recruiting capacity. You will join an exciting organisation with a well-established position in the market alongside a promising and clearly defined future.

There is tremendous earning potential, in excess of £45,000 OTE, within this in-house recruitment role.

You will get the opportunity to own the firm's recruitment process and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The business is growing; your role will be fast-paced and rewarding, ultimately you will have a large impact on the company as you recruit a sizeable percentage of the staff team.

Ideally, you will have experience recruiting candidates from technology industries, are able to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and have an understanding of, or have been exposed to, sectors within the financial services sphere. Your experience in tech recruitment will be an asset to the firm's HR .
