A global Management Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will have accountability for the recruitment strategy for specific client groups to include attracting, sourcing and assessing specialist consultants. As Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

* Creating forward demand plans in partnership with senior partners, HRBP's and Finance Managers

* Designing innovative sourcing strategies across various channels in order to build employer brand

* Creating candidate profiles and briefs to support sourcing, selection and recruitment of candidates for a range of roles

* Acting as a subject matter expert to key internal contacts in order to influence an effective recruitment process

* Implementing an employee referral programme to maximize opportunities from colleagues across the business

* Delivering market insight and intelligence by keeping up with industry trends

* Deploying screening and selection tools and conducting interviews

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

* Relevant recruitment experience to include selection and assessment tools

* An analytical and problem-solving mind-set and ability to translate data

* Strong project management skills and a focus on driving continuous improvement

* Evidence of working in partnership with colleague to deliver

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
