Learning and Organisational Development Partner

My client a forward thinking and historic national charity are looking to hire a Learning and OD Business Partner on a 12 month contract paying between £35,000- £40,000. This is a home based role that requires frequent national travel. The head-quarters are based in London.

You will be working with senior leaders to help ensure the positive achievements of the business. You will also lead on ensuring the execution of the People Strategy. Working with the directorate you will play a key role in the delivery of their leadership development, staff engagement and OD aspects of various projects. My client is incredibly passionate about employee engagement and satisfaction and it is at the forefront of everything they do. Therefore, you will take a lead on the implementation of organisational staff engagement initiatives. In line with this you will facilitate; team away days, team development workshops, development assessment days and 1-2-1 coaching and support sessions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Learning and OD Partner to join a great team who really value their employees. The ideal candidate will be immediately available or available on a short notice period as the role requires an urgent start. As this role requires national travel you must be able to drive and have your own car.
