Description
The role is one of the key functions within the Service Academy Training organisation delivering to both customers and internal staff:
- Accredited technical training to internal & external customers on assigned devices / care area / product line.
- Specialised service support on assigned devices / care area / product line to internal & external customers.
- Level 2 Specialist for region EN on devices / care area / product line providing advice, training and escalation.
- To meet & exceed the expectations of all customers whether internal or external
This will predominantly be in the field of Gas detection both fixed and portable device. to include:
- installation, commissioning calibration
- user operation, daily checks
- periodic inspection and 1st line repairs
- Full configuration, in field testing & repairs and replacement parts
- 2nd & 3rd level field and workshop repair and fault finding
Profile
- Degree level or Higher education certificate in related subject.
- Posses or be willing to attend a recognised teacher training program such as City & Guilds course 7302 or 6303 PTLLS & 6304 CTLLS, Post Graduate Certificate in Education or equivalent.
- Accredited technical training to internal & external customers on assigned devices / care area / product line.
- Significant related experience in appropriate industry sector
- High level technical & practical knowledg
- Desired 2 years of teaching experience within related discipline or market sector
