Interim Resourcing Partner

Established organisation based in Glasgow is seeking a recruitment partner to deliver their people acquisition strategy.This is an initial 3 month contract however could be extended.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Building relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders across the organisation to understand their current recruitment methods
• Reviewing existing candidate attraction methods and assessing their effectiveness
• Understanding current and future hiring needs and planning for these
• Identifying talent sources and proactively engaging with active and passive candidates
• Challenging existing ways of working to improve candidate attraction and experience

To be considered for this role, you'll need proven recruitment experience - inhouse or agency. You'll enjoy building relationships at all levels and working in partnership with stakeholders to achieve results. You'll enjoy analysing processs and implementing improvements at all stages of the candidate journey.
