Regional Senior HR Advisor - Scotland, Newcastle, Sheffield£35,000 - Permanent role A full time permanent opportunity for a Regional Senior HR Advisor. The HR Advisor will be covering sites in Scotland, Newcastle and Sheffield and will need to demonstrate a strong generalist HR background and knowledge of dealing with complex HR issues including change management, redundacies etc. The successful candidate will be managing the end to end TUPE for all business areas as well as manage large scale, complex change management projects. People capability and project experience is a key part of this role so you will need to successfully demonstrate a proven career history in the above. Some key responsibilities: Provide a strong , technically sound and seamless process is in place for employment law adviceDelivery of a best in class service within the HR functionProvide HR trainig workshops for managers across the businessOwn the appraisal process - coach managers in performance management and completionSet up all monthly reportingCo-ordinate and manage the management development programme. Our client is looking for a Senior HR Advisor who has the ability to challenge and influence key decision makers in the business. You will have to demonstrate strong employee relations / law knowlegde for this position and be able to communicate well with individuals at all levels.
