Job Details
- Act as the go to for ER support & advice to line managers and employees
- Assisting in the Recruitment Control process from initial sign off to on boarding
- Coaching, Developing and Training
- Updating the HR Database and ensuring the monthly HR Report is completed
- Ensure all, sickness, absences and holidays are reported and recorded accurately
- Organise Occupational Health Referrals
- Pay and Reward
- Support and lead on engagement programmes
- Ensure HR files are maintained effectively
- Support with the development and take ownership on the maintenance of HR Policies & procedures
- Contribute and lead on HR projects when required
- Any general HR administration or ad hoc duties at the discretion of the HR Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to join a progressive HR function. The ideal candidate will have previously operated within a generalist HR role.
