A global investment management firm based in Central London are recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join them on a 15 month FTC maternity cover.
Your new role
You will be part of a high performing Compensation and Benefits team, who are responsible for developing and implementing the company reward policies and procedures. In this role you will be providing an efficient and accurate service to the business. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and analysis, constantly striving for process improvements. You will also support on the compensation review process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a solid background in working within the compensation and benefits team, in a financial services company, ideally asset management. You will be highly numerical, with good Excel skills. You will understand HR systems and have provided accurate reporting.
