I'm delighted to be working with a global organisation on their search for a HR Manager to be based in West London.
Supporting a head office population of c.250, the business are looking for a confident, dynamic HR professional who is looking to progress in their career, with the support of a HRD who is passionate about development. In this role you will support the day to day HR service across the global head office, as well as partnering key stakeholders, coaching and advising them in people management and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background across recruitment, ER (including settlement agreements), OD & Change, L&D and project work including process improvement and wellbeing. You'll enjoy collaborating with the wider global team so that the HR team can work better together, as well as working on initiatives such as EVP, leadership development and talent attraction.
The HR department is ripe for development, so they are looking for someone who takes initiative, is action orientated and is comfortable working in an organisation where there is frequent change. This is an organisation where there is very little bureaucracy and is very receptive to new ideas, so if you have a great idea you can run with it!
This role will also have line management responsibility of 2 HR Advisors, who are bright and ambitious, so you'll be expected to play a key role in their development. Prior line management experience isn't essential but you'll need to understand how to motivate and guide more junior members of the team.
Location: West London, close to rail and tube links. Please note there is no parking available on site.
Salary: £50-65,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
