Oakleaf Partnership are working with a highly renowned, leading, global law firm on an HR Administrator position within the Advisory team. This is a temp to permanent opportunity and the offices are based in the City.

Responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):

Providing administrative support to the HR Advisory team

Co-ordinating the administration for leavers and changes to contractual terms and conditions

Creating and maintaining electronic and paper employee record files

Performance review administration

Ensuring that data on HR system is up to date

Supporting with holiday queries, calculations and annual carry forward processes

Processing HR Advisory invoices and expenses

Preparing and maintaining both regular and ad hoc reports

Diary management and room bookings as required

Maintaining updated process manuals

Attending, contributing to and organising team meetings

Taking minutes in ER meetings when required

The ideal candidate will be/have:

Worked/be working in a similar role within a professional services environment

Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Excellent administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team

Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion

An experienced user of an HRMS

The ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external clients and the resilience to deal with demanding individuals

A confident, proactive individual prepared to take a hands-on approach to managing their workload using their own initiative

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, keep calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
