HR Advisor (Senior)
A new permanent HR opportunity has arisen with a market leading manufacturing organisation – this is a highly successful and growing business that focuses on collaborative team working.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner for the site to deliver department KPI’s and strategic initiatives, you will manage the day-to-day running of the HR team (2 direct reports) ensuring provision of compliant advice on the full range of people issues including ER, recruitment, performance management etc.
If you have generalist HR experience ideally gained in manufacturing or FMCG and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment where career development opportunities abound this is the opening you have been looking for.
An understanding of working in an unionised organisation would be useful but you must be comfortable handling a variety of challenges at one time and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
