Oakleaf Partnership are working with an award winning, innovative professional services firm. Based in the City, they are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Partner to join the team on a permanent basis. This person will be responsible for reviewing and improving the training and development function.

This person will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Conducting training needs analyses to identify the key learning requirements across the EMEA region

Designing and delivering learning solutions based on training needs and business requirements

Undertaking continuous evaluation of learning interventions

Managing relevant vendor partnerships and relationships

Leading on the development and delivery of early career talent pipeline in the UK

Maintaining a strong working knowledge of progressive L&D practices and key trends

Proactively supporting the delivery of people initiatives across the employee lifecycle

This candidate will ideally be/have:

A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in training and/or organisational development within a professional services background

Strong experience of current learning methodologies and measuring their effectiveness in the business

Working knowledge and experience utilising online learning tools and technology

Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting and presentation skills

Excellent time management and project management skills

Proven experience at leading global learning initiatives

Excellent written and verbal skills

Degree/CIPD or equivalent level qualification required
